A list of frequently asked questions to assist you..

  • What if I am running late? Or cannot come to a class?
    Out of respect for our fellow practitioners and the practice if you are running more than 5-10 mins late please ensure you let us know prior to coming to class. 10 minutes after start time will mean you cannot take the class and will miss out.
    If you cannot make it to your class, we encourage you to take another class during the same week to make up the missed practice. For this to happen speak to your teacher and arrange to take another class in the same week.
    A missed class does not allow a refund.
  • What do I need to bring to a class?
    For all group classes - you can bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket. If you do not own a yoga mat you can hire one for $2 from us.
    For individual classes - We provide all props and yoga mats.
