BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE


Learn the Fundamentals of a Yoga Practice.

Enjoy being a complete beginner, but finish feeling confident to join any of our general yoga classes.

2 x detailed Tutorials are planned to deliver a comprehensive understanding of a general Yoga class and the practice. Classes will focus on skills that improve your posture, breath and overall health.

The course runs over 3 weeks and includes:-

  • 2 x 1.5 hour Saturday morning Tutorials +
  • 6 x 60 minute studio Foundation Level week night Classes

This integrative course will be an invaluable start to anyone wanting to start their yoga practice. By the second tutorial you will have plenty of meaningful questions to ask which will set you up for a wonderful and informed journey ahead.

  • Standing and seated yoga postures
  • Basic inversions
  • Core work
